2010 Football Cards Question?

I know in 2009 topps had brands such as Mayo Football, which had the retro look, and Chicle, which were all hand painted. Does anyone happen to know if either of these cards are being made for 2010? Or if not, if a similar type of card is being released?
Anyone know anything?

People still collect cards?
